Dana King elected to SicommNet Board of Directors.
San Diego, CA - April5, 2005 – SicommNet today announced
that Mr. Dana L. King has been elected to SicommNet 's Board of Directors.
Mr. King is co-founder and Senior Vice President of Business Development
for Liquid Environmental Solutions Corporation, a leading non-hazardous
environmental services company with operations in Texas, Louisiana,
Arizona and California. Prior thereto, Mr. King was Managing Director
and co-founder of U.S. Public Ventures, a venture capital fund seeking
investments in public sector related businesses.
From 1995 through 1998, Mr. King was
Vice President of Marketing and Customer Service for U.S. Public Technologies
(USPT), the company which pioneered automated traffic enforcement through
high speed camera systems in North America. Following USPT's aquisition
by The Lockheed Martin Corporation in 1999, Mr. King joined Lockheed
Martin to continue in this role through 2000.
His education includes an M.B.A. from
the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a B.A. in Economics from
U.C. Santa Barbara. Mr. King is married and resides in Solana
Beach. He and is wife Nancy have two children.
